Expo Gluttony
November 2, 2010 to January 23, 2011, the Centre d'Art de Rouge-Cloitre exposes its walls a hundred original illustrations on the theme of the pleasures of the mouth.
Designed from the exhibition presented by the General Department of Letters and the Book of the French Community, at the 11th Salon du Livre de Jeunesse de Namur in October 2009, the exhibition offers a wide range of designs around this fruitful theme visited by 38 famous Belgians. It also provides complete sets of illustrations album to invite visitors into the world of comic books, allowing to perceive the vision of diverse artists. Intended both for an adult audience for an audience of children, the exhibition demonstrates how the illustrators of books for youth are visual artists in their own right.
